• Bank Statements Containing The Account Holder's Name, Current Balance, And Transactions From The Last 6 Months (Leading To The Week That Precedes The Visit To The Brazil Visa Application Center), Duly Stamped And Sealed By The Bank;
All Bank Statements Must Contain Or Must Be Accompanied By The Name Of The Account Manager, As Well As The Email And Contact Phone Number Of The Manager And/Or Of The Agency

• International Credit Card Statements Containing The Card Holder's Name, Available Credit Limit, And Transactions From The Last 6 Months (Leading To The Week That Precedes The Visit To The Brazil Visa Application Center), Duly Stamped And Sealed By The Bank

1-4. Work Certificate:

• Work Certificate On Official Paper With Header (Dated Less Than One Month), Stamped And Signed By The Firm Director; And/Or The Original And Copy Of A Commercial Circular Or Registration Of A Company, Translated Into English, French, Or Portuguese

• University Or School Certificate For Students, Translated Into English, French, Or Portuguese. If The Application Is Submitted During The School Year, Authorization To Leave School During The Trip Period; In Case It Is Submitted In Summer, Registration For The Next Year

1-5. For Applicants Under 18 Years Old, In Addition To The Parent’s Signature On The RER Form, The Presentation Of Travel Authorization Signed By Both Parents, Issued By A Public Notary And Legalized By The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs In Lebanon
